Exercise for maximum weight loss

    I am trying to loose weight and I am going to the gym however, I am a bit lost as to which type of machine or exersize I should be using to maximise weight loss...and no I cannot run! Help!

    by my experience, the cross trainers, tended to wear me out the most, and seemed to have the most benefit

    For maximum results, the following is in order of importance:
    1. Diet
    2. Lift Weights
    3. Cardio

    agreed. Diet is by far the most important factor

    I was in a new supplement shop yesterday and asked for the miracle supplement that would build muscle, burn fat and not put hairs on my chest (female!).

    Try wearing 2 sports bra's.........id personally recommend shock absorber impact level 4 ;)
