Hi, we have an 05 Golf (1.4 petrol) at home that just had a service, anyone have any idea how to reset the Service Indicator?

And one other thing, the displays come up in German. Any idea how to change it back to English?

    Thanking you in advance.
    Mac

    Ignition OFF

Press and hold 0's button on dash (the one that resets your trip meter)

    Ignition ON

    Release 0's button

Press MIN button for 3 secs

    Ignition OFF

    Not exactly......
-(with the ignition off and keys out) press and hold the mile reset button
    -turn ignition on
-wait until the display goes like '--'
-turn ignition off and keys out and release button
