22-04-2008 1:08am#1Ok it's not anything really cool like the AD30 or Tiny Terror but I just bought this on a pure impulse buy about 10 mins ago. Time to put the microcube back on the shelf for a while
Was originally looking at a little 5w tube amp but I think I made the right decision and a bargain for €180 delivered!

Yup they are SS but they sound very very good apparently for their size/price. I've had 50w tube amps (Peavey Classic and Engl Screamer) and they're just too loud when you're not gigging. Even 5w tube amps can be very loud as we all know they have to be cranked for the best tone. It's just for practicing at home instead of the microcube. I play a lot more acoustic these days so that is where all my money has gone over the last 2 years. This is just to keep the GAS under control
