Laptop - what to buy

Hi I'm looking for a decent laptop - nothing to expensive or fancy. Just need it for general browsing and decent graphics/video. Willing to spend around €500 - €600. Should I just go with a Dell? Also like the look of the Samsung P500 and Samsung Q45. Cheers
