Hi Guys,

Im at a dead end in my current position. Heres a bit of info:

Nearly 2 years working here in telecommunications company. Started in telesales and progressed nicely through the company to the position I am in now. Basically I am head of department and looking after a team of 4/5 people.

I feel my wage is pretty poor and can no longer survive on this as debt is running up and I am forever out of pocket. Its a terrible place to be and I have started trying to fix this. My wage is 23,000 + commision so say 26,000.

I think that I have alot to offer from a sales perspective. I've applied through a few different agencies but what I have got back has been mostly telesales jobs. I feel like that would be starting back at square one. I need to be earning 30,000 as a minimum and I dont think this is being two unrealistic or maybe Iam?? Recruitment agency know this and are looking to help me. I cant get into field sales directly as I have no relevant experiance but this is where I want to end up because I would love being out on the road working to targets etc.

I was excellent in telesales but do not want to go down that road again. Anyone have any ideas what would be the best avenue to pursue? Any help on this would be gratefully accepted.
