No teletext on TG4 via Spur Hill transmitter

strange one - there is No teletext on TG4 via the Spur Hill (Cork) transmitter. Teletext is on TG4 OK from other sources (Mullaghanish)
I'm told its been that way for a few weeks.

As an experiment, putting the V-Hold out-of-adjustment on a TV that has a V-hold control (causing picture to roll vertically) its plain to see there is no teletext data in the Vertical Blanking Interval on TG4 via Spur Hill.

Signal levels received from Spur Hill, yesterday (location: Model Farm Rd, tree in LOS, aerial Triax Yagi 10 C/D).

RTE 1 73.3 db
RTE 2 71.8 db
TV3 72.0 db
TG4 67.3 db

Perfect picture quality on all. I would have expected low 60's for TG4 in that location , so yes, significant improvement.
