    I just purchased my first tub of cell x.has anyone any experieince of taking this stuff?has it had good results?do you know what loading dose to use?any comments good and bad are welcome

    I didn't load, just used it twice a day. Pure quality, loved it. Going back on it tonight actually. If ya wanna take it PWO, it mixes with RAM perfectly.

    when the best time in the day to drink it?pre workout?

    I’ve taken a different brand of creatine before but I decided to try cell X this time round. I’ve been taking it twice daily for the last 6 days. Have yet to get any benefit from it. I’ll give it another week and let you know how it’s going.

    Just drink it twice a day. Once in the morning and then after training. If your not training that day take it in the evening instead.

    First off, I'm not terribly experienced. Only at this a year or so. But I take it before and after a workout. Never bothered with the loading phase. It might lump on the water weight a bit quicker than usual dosage but I put on the usual 7lbs in under two weeks, so its quick enough as it is!

    I've found it works very well Logistic, but everyone is different. I'm guessing your diet is in order as well?

    Yea my diet is good Jimmy. Just not feeling the effects as quick as before. Id say it’s due to not loading. Anyway it’s only the second week. Ill run the course and see how it goes.

    Just use it! Taking it at exactly 2.06am or mixing it with worms, or anything else won't make it magical. Its just creatine and glutamine - helps ya put on a few pounds, lift a wee bit more, and aids recovery. Nothing super!
