Hope someone may have some ideas on this. I have been to Thailand a few times over the years, backpacking type stuff, and loved it. I now am old with child  and would like to go back this Christmas/New Years for three weeks or so family holiday. I was wondering if anyone has gone on holiday to Thailand with kids recently and if so has any first hand ideas. We would realy like to split up the holiday into half and half relaxing and travelling, really want that 'Real Thailand experience' I so fondly remember. Any ideas on where to go and stay would be very much appreciated.
