My wife, who is sitting beside me as I write – so – has her wedding dress (from November 07) – what’s to be done with it – me …. I say give it away… she goes mad when I say that and wants to keep it….

    Confused

One of my aunts re-made her dress into a christening robe for her daughters. Which if you are planning to have children and christen them is a nice option.

You could donate it to a charity shop

I've still got mine after 18 years hitched. I've still got my going away outfit, then again I've got all my 80's and 90's "fashion"

One of my sister's wore my mother's wedding dress when she got married.

Would she be interested in doing a trash the dress session as I need some portfolio stuff for my site??

Please note that you don't actually trash the dress, it's just the term used. To be honest, it's just another excuse to get back into the dress and get some cool pictures to show for it. Oh and the session can also include you if you are up for it too

Email me directly on mike@mikepatterson.com to discuss further.
