    Chelsea
Liverpool for such a boring team have scored the most goals this season.

tbf goals don't equate to entertainment. Chelsea 1st season under Mourinho they scored 1 less than the Arsenal team that went unbeaten the year before

Liverpool are consistently boring to watch.

So why do you watch them consistently then?

People that think Liverpool are boring to watch are obviously still basing that on our way of playing 1-2 years ago. We have totally changed this season and in particular since Rafa went to 4-2-3-1.

I enjoy watching Liverpool. Whether that is just because I am a Liverpool fan I dont know. I normally played as a defender when I played football so maybe thats where the attraction is. There is definitely something to be said for a hardworking team that closes down the opposition and is lethal on the counter.

Well I am off to the game Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope I am happy when next I am on.

Am going for a 2-0 with Kuyt and Torres.

    Yeah, but what about Liverpool?

Who were they "lethal" against on the counter so far?

    West ham? derby or someone?

there should be a Liverpool : chelsea fans option on this !

Can't say i'm feeling very optimistic about the first leg, although I think the chelsea players may try to outwit our manager and win the game with a last minute Terry header / Ballack free kick.

Here we go, zonal marking again.

Lads, let's get it out of the way to begin with.
Zonal marking is **** against big teams!
Rafa is going to lose today because he rotated the defence again, jesus christ like!!
The ref made biased decisions towards Liverpool.
I can't believe Lampards shot deflected in!

    ---

I think tonights game will be decided by the respective performances of the full backs and wingers. In the middle of the pitch, there is little between the teams.

    Joe Cole vs. Arbeloa
    Malouda vs. Aureilo
    Kuyt vs. Cole
    Babel vs. Ferreria

Chelsea imo win three of those battles, so I can see them having the better of it.

Great move by Rafa not to play Hyypia imo, Srektle gives them that extra bit of pace. How he deals with Drogba is the question though.

You've got to admit, the RTE guys are great entertainment :)

I think he shoulda used Hyppia, Skrtl seems pretty dodgy in the air and Drogba will be dealing with alot of high balls.

Jimmy Arnfield is not dead, he was very ill and I like his punditry on fivelive!

As for Bill, Garcias goal was a good one! If you tell a lie enough times some people will belive it.

Well it was implied, in 'the Kop influences the referee' crap. If that was true then Liverpool would win every game.

RTE should cut the pre-match stuff when there is only one game to cover.

I was actually referring to you saying the goal was a good one.

Anyway. I think I'll watch the first 10-15 mins of this and if it starts to shape up the way I expect it to, I'll be off to watch some Dexter.
