we did really miss Iris De Balme, his only win came over 31f and on this occasion he beat some smart horses quite nicely as well, this is exactly the same sort of form that Hot Weld took into this race last year, but oh well we cant see them all.

Have to say I have NEVER seen a horse take off like that in a finish in National Hunt race after such testing conditions & distance :eek:
