Was up at the Hellfire Club last night at took a few shots, the view is amazing and it was a good night. As usually I took a few very similar shoys but dont know which is the best? Nothing done in PS.

It's a toss up between 1 and 2 for me I must say.

    I like photos like this.

I definitely think we'd benefit from seeing at least one of them bigger.

I would choose number two and crop out some of the black bottom on it, make it look more panoramic

Ok here's no.2 bigger. Might try some crops in the morning.

I can see my house there! :D joking...

number 2 is definatly a good shot. i'd nearly print and frame it if it was my own

What lens did you use for these shots? I like the first one.

I'm gonna get one printed and framed. Just have to work on the crop.

Its just taken on the 18-55mm that came with my 400D.

The unlit area on the left near the horizon is pheonix park.

I presume you used a tripod for this shot, in this case I think you should have set a higher aperture like f/8 or 11 and lower ISO. It is just too soft for me.

Nice. Excuse my ignorance, but where did you go to take these? What is the Hellfire club?

I forgot my tripod so I had to hold the camera against a safety bar.

Yep it was the Hellfire Club, takes a special kinda person to go up there at night ... luckily there were 5 "special" people willing to go :D

    Hellfire Club Culann.

    I'd go with #2 or #3.

I think number 3 has the best lines in it and also the largest lit up area of the four. Most (maybe 2/3) of the black base could be cropped out and a little bit of the sky as well to give it a cool landscape look. It would make a good canvas: maybe 32" x 12" if you cropped it right
