Is there a better laptop for me than this?

    Right - so I'm looking for the following
    • Decent quality laptop - budget around €5-600
    • good for browsing and strong wifi (not sure if some are better than others) would like to be able to listen to/watch football
    • integrated webcam - I'll be using it for Skpeing
    • Burning DVD's/CD's
    • 15.4 screen - it might leave the house but only now and then
    • Enough memory for film and photos (have a baby on the way!)

    What I'm looking at is the vostro 1500 or 1510 (which I will get my brother to spec up as you can see I'm not that technical)

    For what I want is there anything much better out there?

    For price/performance ratio the vostro are about as good as you can get right now. I don't think they have interated webcams though.

    I'm pretty sure my sisters 1000 doesn't so I assumed they all didn't. Good to hear the 1500 does though.
