    Is it true that you aren't fully insured on a car if it isn't NCT'd??

    I think it depends on the terms and conditions that you would have agreed to, of your insurance company

    not 100% sure but at least now you know where to look to see if you are or are not

    with quinn direct they require the car to be in a "roadworthy condition" this is what they call it - i have asked and a current NCT disk is not required to be insured. however if a claim arose which was due to a mechanical fault which the NCT would pick up on rather than human error then they may be slloooooowww to pay up.
