Best place to hide something????

Any ideas out there lads where to hide something about the size of a sports bag in my house(3 bed semi) while im away on holidays!!!!!thanks in advance!!!

In somebody elses house? Who are you hiding it from and why? If it's something that you really don't want found then don't hide it in your house because in my experience it's when you're gone that people may decide the place a big clean/rearrangement

Wrap it in plastic bags and stick it in the water tank in the attic... Use a good few plastic bags though... coke tends to drop in value somewhat when its water-logged...:p

If you have a chest freezer and the coke, I mean, contents of said bag can take a drop in temp stick it down the bottom and then dump food on top.

Failing that buy a jumbo tub of vaseline,smear bag liberally and...well you can guess the rest. But at least your bag will be close at all times.:eek:

That's what I think too.

If it is something not porn or illegal just leave it with someone you trust but you do say "i dont want the kids to find it" which seems to say you won't be in the house but kids (with a guardian?) will be so can you not leave it with this guardian as you seem to trust them with your children just not your "valuables"?

Does it really need to be hidden as such? I mean, is this elderly person under suspicion for tax evasion? If there is no suspicion then I see no need to hide it. Just throw it under the bed.

Just put it in a briefcase with a combination lock before you hide it wherever you are going to hide it anyway, if movies have taught me anything its that loot hides in briefcases with combination locks

Keep it in the washing machine. What kids would look in there! Or in a plastic bag in a chest freezer if you have one.

Or there's the real druggy ones: Sealed black bag in the water cistern in the attic or back of toliet. Also under the bath, they normal have false fronts but it's just dead space underneath.

Well assuming its cash, I suggest rolling up the cash into circular bundles and placing them in the curtain rail. Most are hollow and only require you to unscrew the nob

If it has to be kept in the sports bag, Hide it in the bed
Just tear a corner of the lining underneath, enough to get the bag in. Place it on the truss that runs the length of the bed so it doesnt bulge and then staple the lining back on
