So if I'm reading correctly you want to gain fat fast? Diet looks okay in that case, bit more carbs and saturated fat couldn't hurt though.

You certainly won't look toned though. If you actually want to get more muscle and perhaps a bit of fat then have a read of the stickies at the top of the page and get yourself some basic knowledge. You *will* need to train btw!

Eat 5/6 medium sized carb rich meals everyday. When I was trying to put on weight a few years ago, I did exactly that and the scales finally started to budge forwards.Unfortunately, they haven't haven't budged backwards much since...

No put very generally, training stimulates muscle growth, food (enough cals and protein, some fat, some carbs, plenty of veg, water etc.) facilitates the growth by providing the nutrients, rest/recovery allows time for the muscle to heal and grow bigger/stronger whatever.

You have to train consistently and eat enough consistently and get enough sleep and recuperation from training. Taking in more calories than you need will result in some fat gain yes but becoming fatter first does not make it any easier to put on muscle. Read the stickies at the top of the forum and it will give you loads of info on food and training.

    Best of luck.

Fat and muscle are two seperate body tissues. Fat does not turn to muscle and muscle cannot be converted to fat.

Follow Tribulus's advice. Read the stickies and get the basic information you need on training and nutrition and implement this info.

    +1

You do not want to start trying to gain fat. To do that you won't need any advice here anyway, just double up on what you're already eating. But you won't be happy with the results. What you need to do is start working out, and eat enough healthy food to support your exercise regime. The stickied threads at the top of this forum are excellent and provide all the information you need to get started :)
