Audio Problem Dell Inspiron 6000

    Hi Lads,

I've had an audio problem with my laptop for ages which has been driving me bonkers. Basically, there seems to be a loose connection to the headphone jack. Usually I have to keep my finger against the jack for sound to come through the speakers, if I plug in headphones or an external speaker it's fine. Just wondering if it's safe to open it up to have a look, or if there's some other way to fix it.

    Thanks
