3D house plans

    Has anyone ever got 3d house plans drawn up? If so we they of any use
    Think I can get them done for about €700, is it worth it?

    Well, they aren't required for planning purposes so to me it is a waste of money. However, if you want them for visualisation purpopses then it's your dough.

    Oh, in case I forget, do not tell us who can do them.

    If you looking for 3-D plans just to visualise house or for design purposes try downloading Google Sketchup. Just starting self-build and drew up our house from architects plans in a couple of hours. Its a fantastic free very easy to use program! Great detail possible with it.

    Also plan3d.com might be worth a look. 20euro for the year aint too shabby!
