    Got this off the net, gave it a try and nearly died, im not much for sprints!!!

    Sequence 1
    10 burpees
    sprint 50m
    10 plyo push-ups
    jog 50m(back to start point)

    Sequence 2
    15 diamond push-ups
    sprint 50m
    10 jump knee tucks
    jog 50m(back to start point)

    complete both sequences back to back 5 times without rest , 3 if your a beginner (which i am and it creased me)
