    Morning,
does anyone know an insurance company that provides cover for contact sport?
As a heads up, do you know what they require? - ie. to be a certified instructor (which alot of contact sports dont require).
Need insurance for an individual rather than a club.

    Cheers

When I went to Thailand I got coverage from ABC that included coverage for injury through Muay Thai. Their website is at http://www.abcinsurance.net/ but you'll probably need to contact them over the phone.

    Hope this helps.

    I'd second that......

    Contact Pauline Smith
    "North House", Dartry, Dublin 6
    Phone: 01 - 498 0222
    Fax: 01 - 498 0229
E-mail: psmith at abcinsurance dot net

You'll need to supply a certification.

Theres also AMA in the UK
    contact
tom at amauk dot co dot uk around £250 instructor & all members. but you'll need to contact both to get an up to date quote.

I found the AMA very good - very reasonable rates to.

You need to have at least a Black Belt, or some "certificate" in teaching as far as I'm aware.
