Driving Route recommendations: East Point to Red Cow

Not really sure where to post this. I have to drive from East Point business park this evening to the Red Cow hotel for 6pm and Im looking for some route recommendations. I always end up heading through Inchicore and the whole way up the N7 which is a nightmare. Anyone recommend a route please? Thanks!
