    Hi,

I have a medical coming up soon for a job, and the minimum eye requirements are not less than 6/18 6/18 unaided by contacts or glasses, correctable to 6/9, 6/12.

Now I have been informed the medical involves using your 2 eyes at once, not each individually. So my question is, is the 6/18 , 6/18 standard used when measuring both eyes at once.

What is the difference with the 20/20 scale for example?

    thanks
