O2 Broadband 3g down for 2 weeks now

I have had o2 broadband 3g since last August. About 2 - 3 weeks ago, 3g dissapeared. I have been in touch with them and they advise that they are looking into the problem. So they have left me without service for nearly 3 weeks now. I am left using EDGE. I get 4 bars of EDGE but this translates into a browsing experience…

I am left using EDGE. I get 4 bars of EDGE but this translates into a browsing experience that is slower then dial-up. I live in Ballinafad, nearest town is Boyle.

I have found o2 to be increasingly unreliable, the 3g service often goes down but usually it's back after 2-3 days. The whole deal really sucks!
