Sky+ Freezing

my sky is constently freezing on all channels? its the latest pace box.... i have already turned off the instent rewind and that has not helped.... does anyone have any suggestions:confused:

Do you have any stuff on it you really want to keep?
You can either do a Sky+ Planner rebuild or system reset through Installer Menu.

Try powering off for a few minutes.
Also check it is not overheating and has adequate ventilation

What is your signal level like? It is possible that your dish may be misaligned etc..
