Training in Cairo?

    I put up a thread here recently about places to train in Galway and got lots of helpful advice. Thanks everyone, the university grounds in Dangan served me well.

    Anyway, I'm going to Cairo next week. So this time I'm looking to know has anyone here been to Cairo? And if so how is it for training? I'm staying in Zamalek and apparently there's a park/green there. But everything I've seen on the internet suggests you have to run in the VERY early morning to avoid the pollution. How bad could it be?

    Anyways if anyone has experience of training in Cairo, please let me know what my options are and what you found to be best.
