Ok Im planning to do a sprint tri over in the UK in June. Which is a 500m Swim, 11 mile bike ride, 3 mile run.

Im male, 31 years old and average fitness but Ive been injured for two months and unable to excercise ( fell down stairs )

feeling better now so starting from tommorow I will be getting back into training, which is basicly a little under where I was before I got injured. Heres my training plan

    Monday/wed/ fri
    - 10 mile bike ride/ 3 mile jog around gym/ 1 hour in pool. In the Evening - Push ups, Sit ups, pull/ chin ups 30 mins

tuesday and thurs - as above except no running or body weight excersise to rest muscle and shins

sat and sun off ( working long shift )

My swimming sucks. I do 1 hour in the pool. 20 min breast stroke warmup followed by 50 metre sprints with short rests to try to get my endurence up 500 metres as im barely making 100 metres freestlye now. need to get the freestyle up. hopefully next week I can do 75 metre sprints.

What time should I be aiming for to complete the 3 mile run? Im around 24 mins at the moment.

Thanks for reading and comments welcome
