    Hi,
I am getting married in France this summer, to a French man. I am planning on giving a speech in English and French, but would like to be able to also say something in Irish.
Unfortunately my level of Irish is very poor, and apart from saying that the weather is nice... i really havent a clue.

I dont want to say something deep or very meaningful, I came across this toast online, and think its funny.. But wouldnt know where to start to translate it.
When we drink, we get drunk.
When we get drunk, we fall asleep.
When we fall asleep, we commit no sin.
When we commit no sin, we go to heaven.
So, let's all get drunk, and go to heaven!
    Thanks in advance

    Nuair a ólaimid, éirimid sugach
Nuair atáimid sugach, titimid a gcodladh
Nuair atáimid inár gcodladh, ni dheanaimid peaca
Mura dhéanaimid peaca, téimid go Flaitheas
Mar sin, eireoimis sugach is téimis go Flaitheas!

    (might not be perfect)

    Hi, thanks for that.
The translation is a bit more complicated than i had expected.
I am already terrified at the thoughts of saying that, as I can already see myself making mistakes pronouncing it all.

Any ideas on something a bit simplier?
