Error with outgoing mail with outlook express // spamhaus?

Hi my dad is having a problem with sending emails on his outlook express. Emails can be received fine with no bother but he can't send any out-going emails. This weird error saying something about spamhaus keeps appearing. I went onto the spamhaus website and it says the email account / ip has been blacklisted for a short while and it will be removed soon but these error keeps coming up for weeks now. Does anyone know about this spamhaus company? Any things I can do to fix this would be brilliant.

Who provides your internet connection?

The outgoing server needs to be theirs.

Edit: and how are you using Outlook Express with Hotmail?
Do you pay for that?

internet is now with BT but its an indgio gofree email address.

i was just sending a test email to my hotmail account. I dont think u can add hotmail accounts to outlook. u can add gmail to thunder bird thou
