The last time I scored arrows would have been the UL intervarsity this time last year.


I shot a 273, including a 7 and a 6.

The long road back to competition has begun.

I've been thinking over what I'd read in The Heretic Archer over the last couple of months, and a year away from proper shooting has given me a chance to unlearn some of my worse habits. I'm now consciously concentrating on reaching with the bowshoulder at release; the release half is all automagic. Hopefully consistency will improve and I can get back into the 280s, after an absence of 5 years or so

for me it has just gone the opposite way.
was shooting really well till about a week ago then everything just went to sh-t
talk about frustrating......
well i guess when your lost better go back to the start.
Damn this archery lark can be frustrating..
still fun though.

Frangelli's an interesting character but i dunno about heretic style but hey if it shoots Xs big deal what ya do!!! I'll stick to good ol' BEST!
