o2 profile change

I use o2 (so called)broadband in an area that only has edge and even though its rubbish its still better than dialup. But I tend to use e620 tool instead of the modem software as its more detailed and last night sometime after 12 the profile showing on e620 tool changed from 3.6 down 3 hundred and something up to 240down…

But I tend to use e620 tool instead of the modem software as its more detailed and last night sometime after 12 the profile showing on e620 tool changed from 3.6 down 3 hundred and something up to 240down 64up.
I know I'm only in edge coverage and wasn't getting the 3.6 anyway but its seems a little more sluggish since and my pings actually seem a little better.

Does anyone know o2 in Ireland have had some policy change or something?
