Keep seeing this with dublins younger generation <=17 Hand down the tracksuit having a good aul grope... no shame just fondling...
i was brought up with al bundy and the half hand down the pants watching tv... thats grand in the confort of your own home watching grand designs or something ,but Why do they want to hold/cup/play with them selves in the street etc.

that is truer than you actually think. this is what a lot of them are actually doing. watch them the next time they are approaching someone they know on the street and keep an eye on where there hands go. and dont think they just grab the crotch, if you look very carefully you will see some of them drop their hand down the back of their tracksuit. no prizes for guessing where they are pulling their stash from when they do that..........
