    What would your budget be?

Your best bet could be to go to some of the hairdressing schools/academys in and around the city centre, there's a Peter Mark one in Stephen's green centre and David Marshall has one on George's Street I think.

Book in for the training nights in any of the main salons Peter Marks/Toni and Guy etc..theyre well worth it! Colour classes are generally monday or tues evenings and cost less than 50euro for highlights! It takes longer than normal but well worth the saving! Yeh theyre still students but theres a fully qualified stylist supervising! Have done it loads of times and have always been delighted with the results...and the extra 100 quid ive saved

There's a hairdresser in Moore Street Mall where you can get a decent haircut for around 20 euro. Not high fashion, but perfectly acceptable.
