Any Mexican Restaurants outside Dublin & Galway??

    Hi,

    So, Anybody know of any good mexican restaurants outside the cities?? I live in the midlands - dont mind to travel a bit. Boyfriends birthday tomorrow- looking for great mexican food... ideas?? anybody know one???

    Limerick have a couple, if you were in south offaly it might not be too far.
    Lidl have a mexican food theme on at the minute if you fancy cook up a storm yourself.
