Mohamed Al Fayed has announced that he is abandoning his 10-year campaign to prove that Princess Diana and his son Dodi were murdered in a conspiracy

    About time too!

    What do you think?

The whole thing was a joke, a total waste of time.
Hopefully it'll be done with now and we won't constantly have to hear about Diana's death.
It's been over 10 years - time for people to move on. And time for media hacks to find something new to write about.

Well I would say, we all know he has torn the arse out of the whole thing, and that he is a prick, but at the end of the day he is also a human being - a man who lost his son and wants answers. He had the money to pursue exhaustive legal processes. I'm sure there are plenty folk who lose loved ones in accidents who would have done the same if they had millions of pounds to pursue legal challenges.

I wonder if the Daily Express will now stfu about the whole business. Hateful paper that.
