End of May holiday - any recommendations

    Hi, my mother & I want to go away for a week in the Sun at the end of May, what does anyone suggest?

    We don't want to be surrounded by lots of larger louts, lots of kids etc. Somewhere quiet & quite sunny. Not too far away.... sea and sand would be an advantage.

    Any ideas out there????

    Lanzarote,Purta del carmon and the Agua Marina appts.They are lovely and quiet(no children)they are in the old town and very close to all the lovely restraunts in the Harbour.Theappts overlook the harbour also.You are more or less guaranted sun there and the lager louts stay in the new town.If you do look at Lanzarote make sure you say you want to stay in the Old Town.

    Oh great,are you staying in the Agua Marina apts,if so there is a lovely little restraunt next door called "Russels" you should give it a try and another great one is "La Cascala"(not sure of the spelling)just order a taxi give him the name you be there in two mins.Have a great holiday.
