Bill pay to speakeasy

    Hi, Im changing from bill pay to speakeasy and want to keep my number. Does anyone know if i can do this in an o2 shop or carphonewarehouse store? I would go in and ask them but i wont be in town until after 6.

    Make sure the guy in the shop copys your phone numbers from your old SIM to your new one if they're not stored on your phone.

    Make sure you specifiy which plan you want to be on or offer you want to avail of or they might just pick one randomly (they shouldn't, but they might).

    Yeah you need to be out of contract.

    I did this last weekend. So far so good – I’ve to send a letter to my bank cancelling the direct debit mandate. That’s the only potential problem on the horizon. Even though I was out of contract, I don’t like being open to O2 taking money out of my account.
