Irish students are subsidized by the Irish government, and every Irish citizen is entitled to complete a degree for free(providing they meet the admission requirements, and pass the exams for a particular course).

There is reduced fees for other EU citizens but non-EU citizens generally have to pay the full amount afaik.

I didn't know that there was a Radiography MSc in DCU, but at a guess i'd say the fees could be anywhere between €8,000 - €16,000

    Example fees: http://www.dcu.ie/finance/fees/programme_costs_noneu_eng_comp.shtml

i dont think DCU actually do a radiography masters tbh.... are you sure you not looking for UCD?

but if your sure they do...

first off, check here to see if your entitles to "EU" status, you dont actually have to hold an EU passport..

    http://www.dcu.ie/international/eu_status.php3

if you pass this test, then email DCU querying your "free fees" classification.

Dejila, people have given you links in other forums.

I've read the links, and those links in turn have given links to the very information you seek, in great detail.

UCD is the university you are looking for, tons of people have said it already.

If you're form a commonwealth country, try the British Army. They are screaming out for people with Radiography quals. They'll start you off at decent money, and they'll put you forward for further ed on your quals.

Something I'm worried about, I'm currently doing a crap course in a crap college, I'm in second year and want out. I was thinking of changing and doing a course in something I'd actually want to do in DCU, but if I did that would I have to pay my own tuition fees?

yea you'd have to pay the EU fees, which usually (depending on the course) are around 5g's

the stinger is, you'll have to pay them for first year and second year for the new course, since you're already in second year.

think about it, worth it if you really want out. pick a good course and work hard and you'll make the money back after college no problem.
