Is there such a thing as a professional negotiator who would be able to give advise on dealing with property developers?
How much would fees for such a service likely be?
Any recommendations, dublin and further north??

What exactly is your proposal. Are you buying, selling, in the middle of a CPO or what. Can you elaborate a little please.

    Sorry! :o

Possible Access Land Sale Negotiation to developer, not CPO oriented. Want someone with a good background in brokering best deal for us. Does that help?

One solution would to use a Chartered Suveyor (Usually an auctioneer dealing with commerical property) An SCS or RICS member is properly best.

Could you not just get an auctioneer in your area to help you? One who has a track record of dealing with land sales?

I would think you would be better off to hire a planning consultant to determine the various possible uses of the land in relation to zoning etc and the importance of its use by by other parties. Then you need a good auctioneer who can negotiate the value and hopefully get you the best deal.
