    Hi there,

Does anybody know the quickest way to get to DCU from Greystones? There are loads of buses that go that way according to the website, but I've heard a lot of them take peculiar routes so it could take a long time to get there if I were to take a DART and a train. Does anybody know the most direct way?

    Thanks

If you were to get the Dart to Connelly then a train to drumcondra. Outside the drumcondra station is a bus stop. Get the 11, or the 13 A, straight to DCU. Ask the bus driver as you may miss the college it self. Its about a 5minute journey. Maybe a bit more traffic depending.

Alternativly you can get the 4 the 19A ( not the 19) the 11,13 and 13A from o connell street. It is usually a 20 minute or so journey.

All the buses take more or less the same amount of time from town. So add about 20-30 mins onto you journey from greystones to town.

Alternatively, get a dart to Howth Junction and get a 17A from there to Ballymun Road / Glasnevin Avenue. The bus lane should be open in that direction soon (next 2-3 weeks) which will make it a lot faster.
