Hi, Can someone guide me as to what to ask for an 06 Aprilla Scarabeo 49cc, 1000 km on the clock , fully serviced, bought new for €1700.
I bought it new and have not used it much. I have a buyer but I have no idea what to ask for it and how they lose their value.

Also can someone confirm it can be drive on a provinal lisence with theory test passed?
