Hi, I found this on a satellite TV Forum

According to an email I received from Freesat, the platform is set to launch during the first week of May.

The email read:

Thank you for your email. At present I can inform you that the expected launch of freesat is provisionally the first week of May.

With regards to your other questions, I have appointed these to a member of the team with more knowledge in these areas.
