Does anyone know the manager in DB responsible for ticketing?

I have a few questions and I want to write a letter to the most appropriate person.

Ticketing as in what exactly? Pre paid cards or on board fares? Or something else different?

Ticketing as in pre paid and on board.

Is DB a vacuum like Irish Rail where nobody knows who manages the various parts? :(

I always got the impression that DB was run quite well.

No idea who the manager is but whenever I've had a query before I've emailed info@dublinbus.ie
They were always pretty prompt about getting back to me.

Nice one, they have replied but have given no names.
I have put my question to the anonymous emailer.

Those DB types in the know, who manages what in DB?

If you are asking about fare structures, that is something set by the Department of Transport so DB can't do anything about it. The pre paid tickets may be less lax in that respect, you may have more joy from this link
