Since when did anything you ever want make sense? I want a '61 drop top Chevy Impala SuperSport in a candy green and metallic black. I also want this tracer unit. Niether are particularly practical in Ireland! Still want them though...

sweet that looks nice and not too bad a price.

I recently bought a G&P Tracer Mag for my M4's
Have not had much luck with it, its got UV leds
but tried it at night with Tracer BB's (obviously)
and got very poor results. I even tried to charge the BB's by
a strong light before putting them into the mag.

I could barely see if at all any BB's flying out at night in the back garden.
Maybe it needed to be pitch black.

Anyone know how hard this would be too attach to an SG1?

Allthough i did lock tight the flash hider on awhile back..... 0.2mm hex bolts are not every good at keeping anything screwed on :(

Duct tape. - It may not work particularly well, but it's deffinatly going to be attached.

Keith, you just have to put one of these on you're pimped P90. It'd be like some kind of hollywood ray gun.

i have the original one. it works very well so can only imagine that this will be an improvement. the old one has a tonne of adapters to mount the tracer unit onto anything from a g36 to an m4 to a pistol. the new one may not have the adaptability of the old one.

    very impressive at night.

You'll need a barrell thread adapter LikeThis one to attach anything to an TM G3 SG1 barrell.
The CA version has a threaded barrell already , not sure about the clones though

    Thanks.
Will install onto a G3 but will require slight cutting of the inner barrel
I presume that means id have to take a few mm off the end of the barrel? Twould be a bollox if i pinched it :)

Anyone ever cut a barrel before?

I have that adapter on my G3 Arcto,

You need to cut about 5 mm off the OUTER barrell
Thats the black shroud that covers the inner barrell and stops at the front sight,
Piece of cake to do and doesnt effect the look or performance of the G3 when you remove the adaptor and put the original flashider piece back on.

Ill PM you some photos when I get the chance
