    Hi,

I have been doing a fitness log and am delighted with the results, I have started sprint triathlon training, and am looking to make the jump to supplement use,

Plan is to do brick sessions for the run and bike part with 35 minutes on a bike, 20 minutes and a 5 minute stretch,

Then on swim days, 20 minutes in the pool, after 40 minutes of weights, mostly heavy deadlifts, pullups, presses, in the 5 to 8 rep range, with no leg work as these will be getting blasted by the bike and run,

I am looking to get a supplement that will help me hold onto the gains I have made, and maybe a little bit more lean mass,

I am looking at the MassX as my gains calorie intake needs to be 3000 a day or so,

Just curious if anyone had any suggestions for me,

    Thanks so much,

For what you are doing bro i would say RAM will be your best bet. Works wonders recovery wise and will allow you to keep up the heavy end of training a bit better dude.

Drop me a line and we'll meet up in WW if you still frequent?

    breakfast: Porridge
Mid: Some pistachio nuts and an apple and banana
Lunch: Brown bread sambo, tuna, sweetcorn, mixed peppers, orange, bag of popcorn, maybe some jaffa cakes, pint or so of water,
Mid: Pistachio nuts again, 3 jaffa cakes, water,
Dinner: Brown rice and one and a half chicken fillets,

I'd actually go with neither and just go for a standard protein powder, check sig;). That way you could add it to your breakfast which will help get some protein into in the morning, then you can also use it post workout with either fruit or glucose, or as a part of a meal replacement if you are desperate

    cheers for that JSB,

Looking at it though, looks like it is €50 for 10lbs,

Versus €35 for 4.5lbs, with the added 600 calories, I will check how much the serving size is, but reckon your right. The old protein probably my best bit from my limited knowledge,

I would agree with jsb, RAM taste's great and is good for recovery but man there's a lot of sugers in it.
