Broken PSP, Possible Fix?

    Hi

I'm in Cork and for some reason my PSP doesn't work when the battery is in but when I take out the battery and plug in the charger it works.

What's even stranger is that the PSP thinks the charger is a battery so i can't update or anything cos it says the battery is too low even though the battery isn't in it.

I've tried new batteries and so on and nothing.

Does anyone know of a fix for this or what the problem even is?

Also could you possible let me know if there is anywhere in Cork city or Kerry that fix PSPs, or if I can send it to somewhere in Dublin.

    Cheers

Mine won't update etc when the battery is low, even on charger - never has.

What were you doing with the psp?! Were you modifying the battery in any way (i.e. creating a pandora?) Try starting the psp with the charger, then inserting the battery, then unplugging the power cable
