I'm trying to install a game on my pc, its an oldie so it only needs 15MB of free space. However it is saying i don't have enough free space even though there is actually 15GB free. Any ideas on why this is happening?

As far as I recall that game came with a DOS console based installer right? It might not be able to read the hard disk correctly and thus not able to calculate the free space. Otherwise, have you run the installer in Windows 98 compatibility mode?

If it has a DOS installer its likely going to need to be installed on a FAT32 formatted partition. Its very unlikely it will be able to recognise an NTFS partition, as it was not designed to work with Windows 2000 or above in mind.

You might also be able to use an application like ScummVM to be able to run the app, as I believe Broken Sword uses the Scumm engine.
