Whats going on with ipoker?

I haven't had much of a problem until now although i've been reading about all the other troubles people are having. Just had a sng cancelled that i was cruising in, v. annoying, support won't get back to me. There's presumably some pretty major issues that nobody wants to tell us about. Do i get a refund? Do the people that were knocked out get one?

here's the mail I got during the week from my skin...

New functionality - Server down for upgrades!
This Wednesday our poker software will be having some great improvements made. Look out for the new “Betting Slider”.

To cater for these changes the servers will be down for an upgrade on Wednesday the 2nd of April between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m GMT.

Yeah, I'm playing in a tourney at the moment, blinds are jumping 2 levels at the time (every blind change) !!

They must have the Betfair "downgraders" on the job there. Recent tourneys on Betfair had SB-BB of 1,500-300 and 5,000-1,000 ROFL.

I've reg'd for a good few tournies tonight, some later that will still be going on then, what happens wit these?

is ipoker running really slow for anyone else? most of tables are fine, occasionally a showdown on one of my tables will take about 10seconds while all the others run as normal?

i wanted to play a session there but it was just painfully slow so i opted not to. iPoker is crazzzzy

ITs laggy all right sometimes up to 30 seconds pause.
But it must be site wide as when i come back im never sitting out

i just played 2 tournys and just finished 1 and no probs, oh ya i won the one i just finished.
But no probs. Been playing cash all week and no probs on PPP

I eat my words, playing cash at the moment and action pre flop, i check and other player takes at least 3 times the normal clock time and gets a bet in.
