    in one word no

good ROF and price alright, hell its even easy to use
thats where it stops, every well mp7 buyer i know bar one has had it break early on, in my case it was stripped gears on the first time i was playing with it
mags and holsters are easy enough to find

go for the mp5, i made a similar thread in reviews and ended up buying the mp7 for looks and regretted it
the galaxy mp5k is cheaper than the mp7 on ehobby anyway

It ends up being cheaper to buy the Marui one but even then it's not worth it the MP7 is a VERY uncomfortable side arm (in my humble opinion of course)

The Galaxy breaks down straight away, didn't know the well did too. And the BE is just sh1t. Mp5ks as above are the way to go.

Agree with weeder I have one its not broken because I hardly have used it. .

Low ROF low FPS and the hopup on mine is not up to much the bbs drop off very quickly.

The MP7 looks nice thats about the best I can say about it.

MP5K seems to be a better proposition. I dont have one though....... yet :)

If your going MP7 go the whole Hog and get a TM MP7.
Barge poll springs to mind when it comes to the Well MP7.

the clone mp7s are crap, the TM is great but is over priced for what is essentially a large secondary, all in all, not worth the hassle

well i have a galaxy and no issues yet. BUT and its a BIG BIG BUT this is not a great primary aeg IMHO. if anything the galaxy saved me from spending on the TM one. it looks great, feels cool but unless you were doing cqb all the time i would say resist the devilish temptation. i agree with Keggers it quickly gets regulated to division 2 and then it is awkard...

just my tuppence worth others may have a different experience.

I've got the TM MP7 and I have to say I find it rather good. You do need to adapt a different style to using it but for CQB it is excellent. As small as it is, it's not a sidearm, no more than an MP5k can be counted as a sidearm, but as neat, tidy and light smg for room clearance, it's actually quite good.
A pack of 8 100 round extended midcaps are about the 40 mark and are the only thing I'd suggest adding to it (the standard mags are only 50 and can be fiddley to change quickly). There are 200 round hicaps available but for the sake of an extra hundred rounds you can dispense with the rattle and not have to wind. Plus two of those hicaps are the same price as the 8 pack of 100rnd mids. There's rails up to for a dotsight which is handy, and rails either side for torches or what have you.

If you dislike the rate of fire, there is an attachment you can get that allows you to use a regular 8.4v or even 9.6v mini battery rather than the 7.2v EX type battery it's supposed to use. You'll need to do a little gearbox work though to compensate for the higher load. I'm happy enough with it at 7.2v though and the EX batteries take about 10 seconds to change in the field if they do run out, which has happened me.

All in all, it's nice, not for everyone clearly, but I wouldn't go without it for a cqb game. I prefer it to the MP5k but it's all about how it feels in your hand, not someone elses.

yes i do seem to be in a rather unique club which is a rather depressing thought ...altho tbf one of the mags was kak with it....the mag brand ones do fit perfectly however but i think its one of those airsoft aeg's that you think you cant live without and then when you get it you go..wtf do i use this for? again just my opinion

    Chemical metal fixes the mags.

    chemical metal?

okay next time i see you dude, i might ask your opinion on that.

interesting reply dex, looks like you know how to play the game with them. i didnt realise about the external battery.

i guess thats the price difference between the clone and the TM one.

i charge it every odd week and give it a rip, still fires well and is actually quite accurate for its size....but i prefer my m4's....

    MP7 FTW!

i bought one a few months ago from tony, it was a prezzie for the baba but i "tested" it loads of times for him,

it actually has a hgher ROF than an MP5k or PDW, the FPS is a fair bit lower though since its just a glorified AEP and the MP5 is a proper AEG,
when i first got it i stripped it down and gave it a good service., since then there hasnt been a hicup from it and its used it to death.,
id defo reccomend them from my own experience, give it some TLC and it wont let ya down.,:)

mp7 FTL! I just spent an hour stripping mine down and attempting to fix it, it was constantly jamming up, so i decided to remove the anti-reversal latch, it still jams constantly

    What make?

It certainly does not have a higher rof than a TM and I don't think so about the Galaxy although the Galaxy motor and battery is crap in my opinion.

See, this is why the TM one is so vastly superior to the Galaxy or Well ones.

Yea, but I cant justify spending TM AEG prices on a glorified AEP....

Look around, I got mine for 160 brand new. You'd spend that on the clone plus all the extra bits you'd need to get her going. The MP7's aren't amazingly popular because of their size. They have the same effect on some people as sniper rifles do, they'll love the idea of them, get one, realise it's not for them, then sell it off to get something bigger.
It doesn't always happen, but it happens enough for there to be a good market of nearly new 2nd hand ones out there.
