Google it, but give it its proper name of iPod Touch, otherwise you might get something entirely different. I think you can jailbreak to 1.1.3 now. If you get in trouble you can restore it back to its original state anyway.

    Will it void the warranty???

Yes. Although it can be restored to the original state - if it needs a repair you could do this and say nothing about the jailbreak. No idea if there's any means to test for previous warranty-voiding activity though.

Has anyone tried to use ziphone on a 1.1.4 32GB iTouch? If so did it work for you? I tried it last night and I kept getting a BSD major minor error message. I had to restore my iTouch.

I nearly shat a small kitten out of my arse thinking that I had flubbered my Touch.

Hey Rollo - Managed to brick my ipod when jail breaking but did a reset and all seems cool now!

Evening all. Well, a wee while on from jailbreaking & have had to reset pod back to apple default settings:(reset). Want to jailbreak again but don't want to use same app again. I used ZiPhone last time but never managed to get my head round it. Anyone able to recommend an alternative?
    Thanks as always

i think iLiberty is easy enough to use, not sure though. I used ZiPhone and didn't have any problems, only took about 2 minutes...

Nearly gave myself a heart a ttack last week, trying to go from 1.1.1 up to 1.1.4 Did teh jailbreak and was getting a not recognised device error.Reset the whole lot and same thing. Eventually I changed from a USB Hub straight into the Mini and it worked fine. Happil chugging away on 1.1.4 now. I used ijailbreak. Very easy to use.
