    Hi,

I'm waiting for my first AEG to be delivered, its a JG M16A4 from IAS, bit slow to be delivered.

Anyway as its my first I was wondering about the battery, its a 8.4v 1600 I think. I have a http://www.gwsus.com/english/product/auxcircuit/charger.htm GW/MC2002 Quick Charger from my RC toys.

I'm presuing that it will be able to charge the JG battery aswell!!! Are they not basically the same type of batteries? Just change the charge rate and so on?

    Thanks.

Looks ok except that the voltage says its 9v upwards.
If you battery is 8.4 and this does not go as low as 8.4 then it will harm your battery.

Also it says Input when i guess its supposed to say output.

    No, it looks 100% fine.

You looking at the wrong bit for battery voltages. It charges 4-12 cell'd batteries, meaning 4.8V-14.4V

    Excellent, Thanks.

I had kind of thought it would be fine but wasn't sure, and not having the battery in front of me wasn't able to take a good look at it.

Just got a call from the courier and he's in town, will be dropping it off soon, yessss. Who needs Christmas.
